for windows 7 it does find drivers sometimes. and select update driver and let widows find a driver on the internet. just go to device manager and select the network wireless adapter and click right on it. it will refuse to install it but offer to install it in compatibility mode after that. and click right and properties and select the compatibility and select to work in compatibility with windows xp sp2.and apply. and after that open the folder (after extract it ). I see this model used to work with windows xp. Here is the support site where you can download the driver if you will need it. and select to open the scan for devices.and make a scan to see available networks. than click right on the icon in the tray on task bar. it is disabled and teh action is to click right on it and select enable. In there look in the list under network adapters.and see if teh wireless is proper installed and it is enabled.If it is in yellow it needs a driver and you need to run the driver downloaded.If it is with a red X on it.
and than go to device manager by click right on the computer icon and select properties.and (hardware ) than device manager. The action is to first download the exact model driver. cause there can be more than one driver there for wireless if the model is equipped with more than one model of wireless cards. This can be happening even if the driver is downloaded from the manufacturer's site. If it does not starts at all it maybe either disabled or missing the driver or the wrong driver is installed.
